Biography

Emily is an Attorney in the litigation group, where she represents clients in a broad range of legal matters, including insurance defense, bankruptcy, corporate business law, appropriations, and intellectual property. She has a strong passion for intellectual property law, with a particular focus on copyrights and trademarks. Emily is committed to providing strategic and innovative legal solutions, leveraging her sharp analytical skills and keen attention to detail.

Emily began practicing law in 2025 and approaches her practice with tenacity and dedication to client advocacy. She has experience handling complex litigation matters, navigating intricate regulatory frameworks, and advising businesses on risk management and compliance. Her practice also includes defending corporate clients in high-stakes disputes and guiding businesses through transactional and contractual challenges. 

Emily graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama before earning her juris doctorate from William & Mary Law School. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, refining her legal writing and research skills.

Beyond the courtroom, Emily leads an active and adventurous life. A Cincinnati native, she enjoys playing tennis, softball, and pickleball. She has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and can often be found hiking scenic trails or traveling the world, immersing herself in different cultures. An avid bibliophile and film connoisseur, she finds inspiration in literature and cinema. She also has a passion for cooking and scrapbooking, always exploring new creative outlets.
