Biography

Chuck concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, creditor’s rights, and general business law. He has experience working at multiple law firms specializing in everything from personal injury disputes to creditor’s rights litigation. He also spent time working at an insurance company. Chuck has represented clients in numerous courts throughout both Ohio and Kentucky and possesses experience representing individuals, financial institutions, political subdivisions, and insurance companies.

Chuck completed his undergraduate studies in History and Communication at Northern Kentucky University. He is a 2017 graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the law review and was a member of the arbitration team. Most recently, he completed a post-doctorate certificate program in Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and the Law at the University of New Hampshire Law School, and is one of the first attorneys to receive an educational credential in this area.
