David Meranus concentrates his practice on all phases of transactional commercial real estate representing builders, developers, investors, businesses, and other entities holding real estate interests in connection with entity formation, acquisition and disposition, predevelopment due diligence, zoning, entitlements, and all legal aspects of leasing for office, retail, industrial, residential, and mixed use projects.

David earned an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida, a J.D. from the University of Toledo and his B.A. with Honors from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Tax Court. David is a past member of the Sycamore Township Land Use Advisory Board and served as Membership Chair for USGBC Cincinnati.
