Todd Flagel, Attorney At Law

Todd is a founding member of the firm, concentrating his practice in the areas of business and commercial law, civil litigation, and real estate. He represents public and private businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in matters involving contracts, sales transactions, buying/selling businesses, debtor/creditor rights, real estate and property development. Todd has extensive experience concerning a wide variety of civil litigation in Ohio and Kentucky, as well as several federal district and bankruptcy courts.

Todd received his B.S. from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and is a 1996 cum laude graduate of The University of Dayton School of Law where he served as Associate Editor of The University of Dayton Law Review. Todd was named by Cincinnati Magazine as an “Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star,” and was selected as a participant in the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers, Class IX. Todd currently serves as Chair of the Symmes Township Board Of Zoning Appeals.
