Allison Oswall, Attorney At Law

Allison focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters, representing both public and private companies in a wide array of business disputes. Allison provides creditors’ rights advice and services for lending institutions and insurance companies, as well as representation in connection with the foreclosure, acquisition, and disposition of distressed assets. Allison is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Ohio and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

Allison received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton in 2003 and graduated from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2006. Allison currently serves as a Trustee on the Cincinnati Bar Association Board of Trustees and is involved with the Mock Trial program at St. Ursula Academy.
